Returns

TDS Saddlers offer a full no quibble refund (less postage and packing) on any item returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 14 days, for any reason.
Enclose a completed returns form (sent out with your original order)
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the items back
Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit
Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Goods being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and Safety Act 1972.

Returns Service

We offer a convenient returns service with our courier up to 30kgs. This is often more cost-effective for larger/heavier items, call us on 01420 562758 to arrange.

This service will cost you £12.50 and will be deducted from your total refund amount once we have received the item.

If you are returning an item for exchange contact us on 01420 562758 to arrange payment for the collection. We will then deliver the exchange free of charge.

Organising Returns Yourself

If you choose to organise your own return of items we advise that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returning to Our Shop

You may return your goods to our shop, address as above, within 28 days, please bring your invoice with you in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Quality and Faults

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods via email at sales@tds-saddlers.com or phone 01420 562758.

If an item is being returned due to it being faulty we will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item (up to the value of £4.95). Please be aware of this when returning items. Please contact us first about your goods before returning them to us.

Goods must be clean before we will inspect them.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations unless the item ordered was customised at your request. A custom or made to order item cannot be returned unless faulty.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery of the goods to you. For goods returned which are not faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given, less cost of return postage, providing goods are returned in the original, unsoiled, condition complete with the original packaging. Please retain the receipt for proof of posting to obtain your refund.

Refunds and exchanges cannot be given before returned goods are received by TDS Saddlers.

Damaged Goods

Goods that are damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse carriage costs in so doing at the standard rate.
